Priory wood-fired pizza is a local business selling delicious stone-baked, wood-fired, artisan pizzas.

Based in St Olaves on Priory Farm, customers and friends can enjoy a freshly made Neapolitan pizza hand-stretched and topped in our vintage converted horse box.

We are surrounded by beautiful natural landscape, flanked by horses that have been rescued by Hillside Animal Sanctuary, which you can feed whilst waiting for your pizza. Take it away or have a pizza picnic on the field. Customers have been bringing chairs, picnic blankets and even fire pits to enjoy a game of cards with their pizza! Children are feeding the horses and playing games in the field. Family footie has been a winner!

Priory Wood Fired Pizza was created over lockdown when two of our three ‘man’ crew lost our jobs at local catering establishments. We are a group of students that set to work on a business which would provide absolutely delicious pizzas, with fresh ingredients whilst being able to work on our studies in between our events.

We were excited to be able to innovate and offer something different and exciting, our granddad the late John Green was a great believer in hard work and new ideas and he would have love to see us hard at work on the farm. Lockdown gave us the time to set things up and we are pleased to be able to offer a beautiful location for customers to enjoy a ‘pizza picnic’. Who doesn’t love pizza and the great outdoors!
